Christmas Parade

Yesterday we had a Christmas Parade on Coleman Street. It was just for Christmas to try and stir up the holiday spirit. We had a lot of fun even though the parade was cut short. This was because earlier that day there was a big rain so most of the people who were going to have floats decided not to show up, thinking the parade would be canceled. But while it was going on my brother, sister, and I started a business called Carey Kids Inc. We sold things like scarves, peanut butter balls, and Christmas Wreaths. We didn't make quite enough money to pay for expenses. Honestly with the shortened amount of profits and parade floats, I think we need to have a “make up” parade. But we do have tons of merchandise left over so if you want a scarf post a comment saying so here on my blog. One scarf for $6.00, two for $10, Clemson or Carolina colors for $10, and for every scarf you buy one goes to a homeless shelter. Please buy scarves.

An Afternoon with my Aunt Hannah

This is about my afternoon I would have with my Aunt Hannah. She is really fun and she likes to go around town and see the sights with me and my family. So first we would go to Chilis and I would order my regular meal while she would have a lot of chips and dip, with a salad. Then we would go to see the latest movie Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader. When that ends we would head over to Barnes and Nobles and just wait for my parents to pick us up.

My Extra-Curricular Class, Part 1

My school has Fridays off because instead we have extra-curricular classes. Even though they aren’t quite classes per say. Mine is basketball. Well I also have guitar but I’m not doing too well on that so we’re going to skip it. I haven’t really been to a basketball practice yet but that’s only because basketball hasn’t started quite yet, I have to wait till Thursday.  So I’ll have to cut this blog a bit short until Thursday night or Friday morning (Since I won’t be at school XD). So see you later. Peace out.

Deal or No Deal

This is my experience on Deal or No Deal. I was able to make it all the way to the 1st offer after I picked cases 2, 25, 15, 17, 21, and 13. They were $100,000, $200,000, $75,000, $300,000, $400,000, and $50,000. They offered my $1,000 and I took it gladly. Once they opened my case to see what was inside guess what it was $1,000,000. After we figured that out I screamed my head off for 10 minutes and then security came and carried me off the platform. The biggest reason I’ll remember that day when I played on Deal or No Deal is because to get me off the platform, security had to tranquilize me in the bottom.

My Oddest Experince Ever

This is about my oddest experience ever. Okay so last night I was just reading my book on my front porch, right, but then I felt a sudden thump on the back of my head. I laid down unconscious. When I woke up there’s a dwarf standing over me, I was in a clown costume, plus I was in a dark tent. “What is going on?” I asked. To which he replies,” We kidnapped you for our show. We’re one clown short. My name is Floppy and your new name is Jumbo, get used to it.” “What are you talking about, what show?” “Our annual Charleston dinner theatre, what else would it be.” “Huh? Wait! What?  How did you get me in this costume?  Where am I?!!!” (A sudden thumping noise is heard)”Here they come”, answered Floppy “get ready” “Get ready for what, who’s coming” Then all of a sudden the room started to melt and when it came back I was walking on a tight rope… Until I fell. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!” Then right as I was crash-landing… I woke up.

Smug

My friend Lauren has just posted a blog about how I helped her with math. I really hope I don't get a swelled head... Even though I think I might have already. Now another student is asking me to help him with math. I hope I can help him to. The student's name shall be anonymous. If I do help anonymous my head will get even more swelled and my ego will become larger. Oh well, live and learn.

What I've learned this week

This is what I’ve learned this week in school. I learned how to subtract negatives and positives from each other, how to add negatives and positives together, how to divide positives and negatives, and how to multiply positives and negatives to each other. In Soc. Studies I’ve been working on a PowerPoint describing World War II events. These Events would be things such as America stepping into the war, Japan’s invasions of countries, and Germany’s invasions of countries. Not to mention how to create the blog I’m writing on now. Although a lot of it was hard work, I was able to do it and still haven’t failed so let’s hope I can keep it up. Even though I know I won’t fail because I have the most wonderful loving teachers ever, whom I know are reading this now. Please give me an A on this blog.

Lunch with Mickey Mouse

This is about my lunch with Mickey Mouse. One minute we were eating pizza at Dominoes, right, but then Mickey he slammed on his magic hat and all the pizza just flew all around the room. So did the drinks and the bowls and the appetizers and the bread and the plates (We had a big lunch) and the waiters and even the manager of the restaurant. When it was all done I asked Mickey, “Why did you do that?” then Mickey simply replied,” The dessert was taking too long.” Then I just shrugged it off, paid the check and left with Mickey.
